Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Grader Operator with strong final trim skills to join our team. This role will support the delivery of a range of civil construction projects including roads, bulk earthworks, drainage, rail infrastructure, and renewables.

Key Accountabilities:

• Operate grader machinery for trimming, levelling, and shaping surfaces to specification.
• Work to design levels, GPS, or laser systems to achieve accurate finish.
• Perform pre-start checks and report maintenance issues as needed.
• Collaborate with project supervisors, surveyors, and other operators.
• Ensure compliance with site safety and environmental standards.
• Assist with general plant operations when required.
• Maintain machinery and ensure equipment is used responsibly and respectfully.

Qualifications

• Current Grader ticket (RII competency).
• Experience in civil construction final trim grading essential.
• Competent in using GPS systems (Topcon preferred).
• Construction White Card.
• High attention to detail.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.
• Additional machinery tickets (e.g. Roller, Excavator, Loader) highly regarded.
