Joe Wagner Group was engaged by Toowoomba Regional Council to deliver major earthworks and landfill capping for the Greenmount Waste Facility.

Project Scope

• Bulk earthworks including borrow pit excavation and spoil relocation
• Dewatering and reshaping of sediment ponds
• Installation of phytocap in line with compliance standards
• Stormwater, swale and bund construction with energy dissipators
• Construction of permanent runoff pond and spillway
• Upgrades to access road, fencing, and utilities
